How To Progress Fast & Get Strong Chickens

How to progress fast and get strong chickens in Grow a Chicken Fighter: daily codes, PIT farming, fusion order, and offline income tips.

The main loop

Main loop: hatch eggs → collect chickens → send them to the PIT to earn money → climb the TOWER to beat bosses → fuse → Rebirth.

Every tip in this guide is about moving through that loop faster. Progress stalls usually mean one link in the loop is under-invested - most often the money link, since almost everything else costs cash.

Start every session with codes

Claim your codes every day and spend the one-time Cash / egg / boost drops first - it is the cheapest way to get ahead.

A boost code in particular changes what is worth doing for the next 30 minutes, so redeem it right before a focused farming window rather than at a random moment. The current active list is on our codes page.

Focus your PIT team

Do not level every chicken evenly early on. Focus on 2-3 chickens for the PIT; a focused team earns far more than a spread-out squad.

Keep the PIT running whenever you can, and clear low-tier fusions for the stat boosts early. If a boss is too tough, go back and level up first instead of retrying it for an hour.

Let offline income do the heavy lifting

Offline income beats manual clicking. Set up your egg-laying chain before you log off for the night so producers keep running while you are away.

The compounding effect is the point: a farm that earns for 16 offline hours a day outpaces a farm that only earns during active play, even if the active session is more efficient per minute.

A practical daily routine

  1. Redeem all active codes and note any boosts you received.
  2. Collect PIT earnings and offline income, then reassign your best fighters.
  3. Spend cash on upgrades for the 2-3 chickens that actually farm for you.
  4. Hatch eggs in batches during boost windows; bank rare eggs you cannot sustain yet.
  5. Push TOWER one or two floors if your team can handle it; stop while attempts are still cheap.
  6. Before logging off, make sure every producer is assigned and laying.

When to Rebirth

Rebirth when the multiplier you gain clearly outweighs the rebuild cost - and not before. A weak Rebirth that wipes production chains you have not secured is the most common progression setback for new players.

If you want the detailed route, our Rebirth guide covers the cash thresholds, the PIT setup, and the offline tricks that shorten each cycle.

Frequently asked questions

What slows progression down the most?

Spreading upgrades across too many chickens and skipping offline income. Fix those two first and almost everything else speeds up.

Should I rush TOWER floors?

Push only while attempts stay cheap. A stuck run wastes more time than a session of PIT farming that funds better upgrades.

When do fusions become worth doing?

Low-tier fusions for stat boosts are worth it early; named fusions wait until you have spare producers, because fusion consumes its inputs.
